Registration Information
Once again, we will be running four 6-week sessions starting
September 20^th. Our lessons will not fall on holiday/vacation weeks, so your child will hopefully get the full benefit of all lessons.

Swim Lesson Registration

1. Please select the level best suited to your child's ability. If you have a question on which level is best please contact Stacy Roberts or Kelly Simard at (978)373-1596.
2. Select the best class day and time for you. Remember no makeups!
3. Print a registration form or Contact Cedardale at (978) 373-1596 or Cedarland at (978) 521-7700 for a brochure/registration form.
4. Complete registration form and return with full payment c/o Kelly Simard.
5. To qualify for the Member price the child registering must be a full member of Cedardale or an active Aquatic Center member.
   

Registration Notes:

• Because of our swim lesson program size - over 500 children - we do not call to confirm registrations or start dates. We will only call if the class you requested is full.
• There will be a $15.00 service fee charged for canceling a class or changing days, times, or sessions. Once class is in session there are no refunds.
  
• Children are not automatically enrolled for subsequent sessions. Payment for each session must be made to secure a spot. Please note that our lessons do fill up fast so we recommend that you register as soon as possible. You may register in person or by mail.
  
• We do not accept phone or Internet registrations.

Session 2	Nov 1- Dec 11*	*(Thanksgiving Make-up: 12/15)
