After School Tuition

2023-2024 Tuition Rates

• Our operating schedule is based on the Haverhill Public School Calendar.
• Prices are based on 180 school days, and divided into 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition is due on the first of every month. A late fee of $15 will be assessed if payment is received after the 7th of the month.
• Add On Care - If you need to add on a day that your child does not normally attend, we will accept them if space allows. The add-on rate is $25 per day.
• Half Days - Half Days are not included in the normal tuition, and are an additional fee should your child attend the program on that day. Sign up for the Half Day will go out prior to the day, and we will only run a program if we have enough children to do so.
• Cancellation Policy - A full two week written notice must be given to the Director for withdrawal from the program. Parents will be financially responsible for those two weeks regardless of attendance.

Payment Schedule

Monthly payments through automatic credit card or debit card charges are the preferred method of payment. Payments will be charged to the primary credit card on file on the first of each month. If the first of the month falls on a holiday or a weekend, the tuition will be processed on the first business day of the month.
