Cedarland Summer Camp:
A note from the Camp Director:
Many families have reached out to me about our summer camps. I know you are hoping to get out of the house and make up for lost time with your friends, but are worried about making any summer plans during this Covid-19 pandemic.
Here are a few important notes about our summer camps:
- No decision has been made regarding postponing or canceling camp.
- We are hopeful that we will be able to deliver a summer program, even if our session dates need to be adjusted.
- Until we know more we will not be putting through any further charges.
We are diligently working through multiple scenarios, however there is still much that is not under our control. We will be ready for camp whenever we have clearance and guidance from government and health officials.
If we need to cancel Camp, or if you change your mind about attending, please rest assure that you can transfer your credit to a future camp session, or, if that's not possible, a full refund can be issued.
Please know that if we can continue with camps our camp staff will adjust our procedures and plans to align with best practices for camper and staff safety, including, at a minimum, adjusting our check in/check out, lunchtime procedures and cleaning schedules.
Once again, Cedardale is dedicated to the health and well-being of our campers and counselors. We will continue to do whatever we can to help everyone have a positive summer experience while always focusing on keeping them (and their families) safe.
I hope you all stay safe. Please reach out to me if you have any questions about camp.
aMAZEment will be closed until further notice. We have notified all scheduled birthday parties. We will reach out to reschedule once we reopen.
