Adult Lap Swimming
Available for Cedardale Health + Fitness members 18 years and older at the Cedarland Aquatic Center at the following times:
Tuesday, Wednesday + Friday 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Reservations are required and can be made starting 24 hours in advance.
Sign up through the Member Online Portal or Mobile App. One swimmer per lane unless from the same household. Additional lap reservations times are available at the Main Club Pool from opening until 10 am. Please CLICK for times and details.
Adult Water Aerobic Classes
This class uses the resistance of the water to strengthen and tone your muscles without impact. It is another great way to cross train, keeping your workouts exciting! This is an intense water workout that involves the total body, cardio, toning and all the time abs - you can handle it! Go way beyond what you think is possible in the water.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday + Friday 10:00 - 11:00 am
A fun and motivating water workout that combines cardio intervals, core strengthening, balance, and flexibility for a full body workout.
Wednesdays 10:00 - 10: 45 am
An adapted form of yoga that makes yoga accessible to everyone. Uses seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for support and balance. Allows participants to modify according to their health, mobility, and current ability level.
Wednesdays 9:00 - 9:40 am
Register through the Member Online Portal or Mobile App starting 24 hours in advance. To participate in the Adult Water Aerobic Classes you must be a Cedardale Health + Fitness Club Member.
Adult Swim Workout
This is a challenging class that aims to build endurance and improve stroke technique. A different workout will be created for each day. Must be able to swim 100 yards freestyle.
Mondays + Thursdays 8:30 - 9:30 am
